  • Payments: Payment for orders must be made in full before products are shipped. We accept all major debit and credit cards, Klarna and PayPal. 

 

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping: We offer shipping to USA. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen at checkout.

  • Delivery: We are not responsible for delays in delivery times caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns: We accept returns and offer refunds exchange within 3 days of delivery, provided that the product is returned inits original condition and packaging and not used. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the retune is due to our error. 

  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Perfect 10 is not liable for any improper sizing of any wigs. Please be sure to reach out immediately for any available exchanges. 

 

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges: We offer exchanges for products of equal or lesser value within 3 days of product delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item free of charge or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
